System Requirements 

RouteStar Solutions does not require you to spend a lot of money on upgrading all of your PC’s. If you are currently using QuickBooks™ then you have the necessary requirements to operate our software.

RouteStar Solutions is a Web-Based, hosted, Software-as-a-Service software application.

The only thing needed to use RouteStar Solutions is an internet connection in your office or from a PC/Mac with an internet connection outside of your office.

Your company must be using QuickBooks™ Desktop or QuickBooks™ Online in order to use RouteStar Solutions. Your company cannot use RouteStar Solutions unless you use QuickBooks.

Mobile System Requirements

The Mobile Solution option and Customer Portal website option are hosted on our servers. Our mobile solutions runs on any mobile device with an Internet connection IOS (iPhone iPad), ANDROID (phones or tablets), Blackberry or Windows phones, MAC or PC Laptop with an internet connection.  

There is no App to download.


On average it requires 1GB of storage for each of your techs per month depending on the size and quantity of the photos that they submit.

Requests directed to other contact addresses or phone calls are not accepted for cancellation. Refunds within 30 days of purchase will be for the initial subscription of RouteStar Solutions and any unused training time that was purchased.
